These practices compliment each other. Together they can serve as a beneficial support system for you and those you care about as you experience your lives.

With each gifted Transits and Tadasanas purchase, your gift recipient will receive:

• A PDF with my interpretation of their personal astrology and the transit(s) that we will focus on.
• One personalized yoga practice of up to 30 minutes in length to enhance their ability to ride the waves of their life.

Hand picked practices may include Vinyasa flows, mudra, meditation, breathwork, Restorative and/or Kundalini kriyas.

Please note, gift recipient will need to provide:

• Their birthdate, time of birth*, and the city where they were born to calculate their natal chart.
• City where they currently live to calculate current astrological transits.
• Any injuries or physical issues I should be aware of when creating their custom practice.

*If birth time is unknown, there is an option to have me create a practice based on the current transits alone or we can leave out birth time and look only at the planetary signs. While these interpretations will not be as specific, they still offer ample guidance.

After purchase, your gift recipient will receive an email to redeem their gift on the date that you select at checkout. After gift redemption the gift recipient will receive an email with a link to a questionnaire that they will need to fill out. This information will guide my review of their chart. After I receive their completed questionnaire and signed Liability Waiver, we will set a delivery date for their recorded practice. Depending on the practice it will be delivered in one of two ways: as recorded audio or video.

Due to the customized nature of this offering, there will be no refunds. All sales are final, and you understand and agree that you are responsible for the full payment once the offer has been purchased. Gift recipient has three months from your chosen delivery date to redeem their gift and three months after redemption to return their completed questionnaire and signed Liability Waiver. If these dates are missed, gift is forfeited. This is to ensure delivery is completed in a timely manner.

Prior to delivery of their custom practice, you understand and agree that your gift recipient will be required to sign a Liability Waiver. In the Terms and Conditions section at checkout there is a link available for you to view this Liability Waiver so you can ensure your comfort with it before purchasing. This Liability Waiver is similar to one you would sign at a yoga studio.
