Transits and Tadasanas is a custom yoga practice curated to support you based on your current astrological transits.

Astrology puts into words various qualities of what it means to live a human life. How you show up each day. Your behavior. Your motivation. Over thousands of years, the study of the sky and the study of humans have been linked together in this practice of observation.

You can engage with yoga and astrology through the world of archetypes. Also, each of the chakras and parts of the body are associated with astrological signs and planets. These practices compliment each other. Together they can serve as a beneficial support system for you as you experience your life.

With each Transits and Tadasanas purchase, you will receive:

• An explanation of my interpretation of the transit(s) that we will focus on.
• One curated yoga practice of up to 30 minutes in length to enhance your ability to ride the waves of your life.

Hand-picked-for-you practices may include Vinyasa flows, mudra, meditation, breathwork, Restorative and/or Kundalini kriyas.

Please note, you will need to provide:

• Your birthdate, time of birth*, and the city where you were born to calculate your natal chart.
• City where you currently live to calculate current astrological transits.
• Any injuries or physical issues I should be aware of when creating the custom practice for you.

*If you don’t know what time you were born, you have the option to have me create a practice based on the current transits alone or we can leave out your birth time and look only at the planetary signs. While these interpretations will not be as specific, they still offer ample guidance.

After purchase, I will reach out via email to provide you with a questionnaire. Please fill this out promptly as it will guide my review of your chart. Once I receive your completed questionnaire, we will set a delivery date for your recorded practice. Depending on your practice it will be delivered in one of two ways: as recorded audio or video.

Due to the customized nature of this offering, there will be no refunds. All sales are final, and you understand and agree that you are responsible for the full payment once the offer has been purchased.

Prior to delivery of your custom practice, you understand and agree that you will be required to sign a Liability Waiver. In the Terms and Conditions section at checkout there is a link available for you to view this Liability Waiver so you can ensure you are comfortable with signing it before purchasing.
