In Adventures in Meditating I'll guide you through you different types of breathwork and meditation practices so you can see which ones work best for you.
All you need to do is show up for the experience ready to try something new.
Adventures in Meditating is a 5 week series. You'll receive one new practice to experiment with each week.
Each practice is short (under 15 minutes) to ensure you can fit them into your busy day.
Many of the practices will be audio recordings to make it easy for you to get away from screens and close your eyes without distraction.
Your final practice is going to be one of my favorite Kundalini meditations. It'll rev up your energy!
Do each practice as many times as you like. You'll have access to them for 6 months.
